傅英博士简介:

傅英 副教授

傅英带领的团队主要研究领域是量子点生物标记技术以及它在生物光学领域的应用。主要研究内容包括量子点的合成、表面修饰、以及生物偶联。所研究的量子点除主要以CdSe-ZnS为主体的水溶性量子点(羧基和氨基)外,对ZnO3C-SiC纳米晶和石墨烯量子点都有深入研究。同时研究量子点的光物理性质,如稳态吸收和荧光光谱、时间分辨荧光延迟、量子点闪烁等,探索表面配基、生物环境(离子、PH值、细胞内外)等对这些性质的影响,观察量子点与细胞的相互作用(内皮祖细胞、人血管内皮细胞、人肺腺癌上皮细胞、脂肪干细胞等),研究在超分辨显微镜和纳米显微镜下量子点对活细胞生物物理行为及分子结构和功能的生物标记能力和性质。

He leads a research group focusing on research and technological development of fluorescent QD-biomarker technologies for biophotonics applications. We have a chemical lab doing QD synthesis, surface modification and bio-conjugation (mostly CdSe-ZnS based carboxyl and amino QDs, but also ZnO and 3C-SiC nanocrystals, and graphene QDs). We study the photophysics (steady-state absorbance and fluorescence, time-resolved fluorescence decay, blinking) of these QDs in terms of their surface ligands and in vitro and ex vivo bio environments (e.g., ions, pH, intracellular and extracellular). We work on four cell types (endothelial progenitor cells, cultured human vascular endothelial cells, liquid-covered/air-interfaced human airway epithelial Calu-3 cells, adipose-derived stem cells) to study QD-cell interactions and QD biomarker based live cell bioimaging, focusing on developing super-resolution fluorescence microscopy and nanoscopy to study cellular biophysics and molecular events of clinical relevance.

I have published ca 210 peer-reviewed research articles in world-leading journals. I have also written and published 6 books. I have filed two patent applications (20180301). One is identification and quantification of low-concentration bio molecules, and the other is optic cell counting.
