报告人简介

Dr. Wu completed undergraduate studies at Shandong University in 2013 and received his Ph.D. from the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lanzhou University in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Hao-Li Zhang. From 2019-2022, he conducted postdoctoral research in Prof. Klaus Müllen's group at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Germany. At the same time, he also collaborated on projects of organic dyes with BASF Company. He is now conducting postdoctoral research in Prof. Basché's group at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz in Germany. His research focuses on synthesis of organic near infrared absorbing and emitting materials based on organic small molecules and conjugated polymers, as well as developing application in the fields including biological imaging, cancer treatment, theoretical research on photophysics, etc.
