杨瑛教授(Professor Ying Yang)，男，1964年6月生。1983年毕业于兰州大学无机化学专业，1989年和1997年分别获得理学硕士和理学博士学位；先后任讲师、副教授、教授，2011年被遴选为博士生导师。主要研究方向为：1. 无机功能配合物的合成及应用；2. 湿法冶金过程中的化学分离与分析。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，参与研究3项；发表各类研究论文70余篇，取得授权发明专利7项；并为多家有色冶金企业解决了生产技术难题。
